Pay Your Bills the Easy Way
We offer the convenience of paying your bills right from your computer. It’s easy, and once you set up your usual payments one time, you can have them paid automatically, or you can pay just by entering in the amount and date you want the payment made, and you’re done. It’s a great way to take the hassle out of paying those bills each month.

• Schedule recurring payments ahead of time and you don’t have to worry about forgetting to make a payment when you are traveling or on vacation.
• You can even use Online Bill Pay to send payments to personal checking accounts at other banks. This is a great solution if you have children away at school, or if you like to send money as gifts
Features:
• Set up one-time or automatic (recurring) payments to individuals or businesses from any of your checking or Money Market account. Adjust the amount, change the date, skip or delete payments you’ve scheduled previously.
• Your recurring bills can be set up to pay weekly, every two weeks, monthly, every two months, or every three months. You can easily modify the payment amount.
• You can pay one bill at a time, or you can pay several bills from the convenience of one screen.
• You must schedule payments at least five business days ahead of the date you want the payment made.
• You can send payments to individual’s bank accounts. Five simple functions are required to establish this method of payment with each new individual or business you intend to have on the receiving end.
• You can export bill records into Intuit Quickbooks®, Intuit Quicken®, or Microsoft Money®.
• All bill payments are listed on Online Banking and your checking statement
• You must have an Alaska Pacific personal checking account and our Online Banking service to use our Online Bill Pay service.
E-Bill Presentment:
• You have the option of getting some bills sent to you electronically (called e-bills) and you can set them up to pay automatically, or you can pay them each month using Online Bill Pay.
• Select from a list of electronically-enabled companies; usually larger national companies such as credit card companies, department stores, and gas stations, for example, are able to bill their customers electronically.
• Auto payments for e-bills are set up to pay the minimum balance due, but you can make a second payment if you want to pay off the balance, for example.
Fees:
• It’s free as long as you use it to pay five or more bills per month.
• If you pay fewer bills in a particular month, you will be charged a $5.00 fee for that month.
