Our eStatements are a free alternative to receiving your bank account statement(s) in the mail each month or quarter. With this convenient service, you'll receive your statements electronically.  We’ll send you an email each time letting you know your statement is available to view and download online.  It’s easy and offers several benefits over paper statements.

eStatement Features

• Once you sign up for eStatements, we'll send you an email when your eStatement is ready to view and download.  You’ll logon to a secure site to retrieve it. It's that easy!
  
  
• eStatements look just like your paper statements; they include all of the same disclosures and check balancing information, too. If you currently receive check images with your paper statement, you can continue to receive your check images electronically, at the same cost.
  
  
• eStatements are stored securely in Online Banking for 18 months from the date they are posted for convenient reference.
  
  
• Want to store your statements permanently?  You have the option of downloading your eStatement as a PDF and storing it on your computer, or another storage device, for future access.
  
  
• For enhanced security, you will be required to set up a separate password to gain access to your Alaska Pacific Bank eStatements.
  
  
• We recommend Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 2 or higher but can support any browser with 128-bit encryption capabilities (i.e. Netscape 4.03 or higher).
  
  
• To access, download, and print eStatements, you will need to have access to Online Banking. You must also have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. To download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, please go to http://www.adobe.com.

Fees

• There is not a fee to receive eStatements.
• eStatements with check images: $2.00/month

Sign Up for eStatements Today!

Follow these simple instructions to sign up for eStatements:

1. Login to Online Banking. If you haven't already signed up for Online Banking click here.
   
   
2. Once your logged in to Online Banking, click on the eStatements icon at the top of your Accounts page.
   
   
3. Read the eStatement Disclosure Agreement and click the 'I Agree' button.
   
   
4. Choose the accounts for which you would like to receive eStatements and click the 'Next' button.
   
   
5. Confirm that all the information is correct and then click 'Enroll.”
