• Employment/Income Verification
  For self-employed borrowers and applicants who have not been employed for a year or more, please provide:
  
  
  • Income tax returns
  • W2s for the two most recent years
  • Year-to-date pay stub
  • Lease agreements supporting any rental income not shown on income
    tax returns
    
    
• Information regarding real estate that is being used for collateral
  • Copy of local tax assessment
  • Any other pertinent documents (survey, engineer's report, etc.)
