• Employment/Income Verification
  For self-employed borrowers and applicants who have not been employed for a year or more, please provide:
  
  
  • Income tax returns
  • W2s for the two most recent years
  • Year-to-date pay stub
  • Lease agreements supporting any rental income not shown on income
    tax returns
    
    
• Information regarding purchase order and/or collateral offered
  • Copy of the purchase order
  • Copy of the registration or title used on vehicle
  • Survey of boat
  • Any other pertinent documents
