Online Bill Pay
Take the hassle out of your bill paying chores with our Online Bill Pay service. It is even free for the first three months. After that it remains free as long as you make a minimum of five payments online each month. Get more information.
Telephone Banking (aka Checks & Balances)
If you need account information and you’re away from home and can’t log in to Online Banking, use our free Checks and Balances service. You can check account balances, make sure a deposit was credited to your account, find out if a check has cleared, transfer funds, and more. It's easy: call 1-800-478-3050 (or, in Juneau, call 790-BANK) for free, 24-hour access to account information.
ATM Services
Transactions and balance inquiries at Alaska Pacific Bank ATMs are free for our customers. Our network includes ATMs in Juneau, Sitka, Ketchikan, and Hoonah! Traveling or planning a trip? Use the VISA/PLUS ATM Global Locator.
Visa® Check Card
You’ll love the convenience of an Alaska Pacific Bank Visa® Check Card (also commonly referred to as a Visa Debit Card). Use it when you go shopping, to pay for restaurant meals, and when you place telephone orders. It works like a credit card, but the funds are deducted from your checking account, just like when you write a check. The card is also an ATM card, so you have access to cash worldwide. Tell me more.
Night Depository Services
In a rush? Use our Night Depository. It offers an easy and secure way to drop off your deposits day or night, when we're open and when we're not! Deposits are processed first thing in the morning.

Transferring Funds
Overdraft Transfers
Protect yourself from an inadvertent overdraft by linking your primary account to a second checking, savings, or money market account. For only $5 per transfer, we'll automatically transfer available funds from the second account to cover the insufficient balance. For additional security, ask about our Overdraft Line of Credit.
Auto Transfers
It can be hard to meet your savings goal when you have to transfer money to your savings account. Somehow, it just doesn't seem to get done. And, you've probably found that it is easier to spend money that is in your checking account. We can help you meet your savings goal. It is easy to set up an "Auto Transfer" from your checking account to your savings account. Then, the amount you choose is transferred automatically on the designated date. You can set it up so money transfers every two weeks or even monthly, if that works better.
You can either set up Auto Transfer by completing and signing an Auto Transfer form (available at any banking office or by calling Customer Service), or you can set it up yourself through our free Online Banking service.
And, don't worry; if something comes up, and you need your funds for an unexpected expense, you can easily transfer funds back to your checking account using our Checks and Balances phone banking service or Online Banking. So, don't delay, get started saving, today!
Automatic Loan Payments
Save time with automatic transfers to pay your personal loans. Have your Alaska Pacific Bank loan payments made automatically from your deposit account at Alaska Pacific Bank, or even from a deposit account at another financial institution. You just designate the date you want the payment made, and we do the rest. Automatic Loan Payments are a great way to make sure your payments are made on time so you avoid late fees and/or additional interest charges. And, you can always make additional payments by check if you want to pay more than your minimum payment at particular times of the year.

Combined Statements
Simplify management of your Alaska Pacific Bank accounts by signing up for combined monthly statements. With this service, you’ll enjoy the convenience of having your checking accounts, money market accounts, savings accounts and even your certificate of deposit and loan accounts combined into a single statement. Ask for a combined statement today!

Bank-by-mail Service
If you prefer to conduct your banking from home or, as is the case with some Alaskans, you just can't drive to your nearest branch office, you'll appreciate the convenience of Bank-by-mail. Banking by mail can save you time and trouble. This complementary service goes hand-in-hand with Alaska Pacific's Online Banking service.
Safe Deposit Boxes
Keep your valuables secure from theft or fire in a safe deposit box. Store copies of important personal records such as birth certificates and wills, back-up CDs, contracts, and more. Boxed are available in various sizes to suit your individual needs, and are located at our Nugget Mall Office in Juneau, Our Tongass Office in Ketchikan, and our Sitka Office. Fees vary by box size.
Notary Services
Need a contract or agreement notarized. Come see us. Notary services are available at all of our offices and there is no cost for our customers.
